    Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received, and it must be in its original packaging.


    Which Products Are Eligible for Free Returns?

    • Products received with manufacturing defects (some items are handmade).
    • Products that are different in color, design, or size from what was ordered.

    Which Products Are Eligible for Paid Returns?

    • Products that the customer no longer wants, without any manufacturing defects or differences in color or size.

    To complete the return process, we require a purchase receipt or proof of payment.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you that we have received your item.

    If approved, the refund will be processed automatically and will be transferred to your credit card, e-wallet, or InstaPay within 3 business days.


    Delayed or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received your refund yet, please:

    2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
    3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
    4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

    Return Shipping

    To return your product, please send it to {physical address}.

    • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
